Yes, we currently offer curbside pick-up at our Glasgow Silverburn Location.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do! We provide a 15% student discount; just be sure to present a valid photo card ID. If you sign up for our email list, you will also receive exclusive offers and discounts.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We have our own Doner Shack delivery service in certain locations. You can place an order directly through our website for our best prices.

Alternatively, you can find us on the following delivery platforms: Deliveroo and Uber Eats.

Do you offer sit in?

Yes, we do. Feel free to check our stores' opening and closing times to plan your visit.

Do you offer takeout options?

Certainly! You can place orders for takeout in-store or through our Click & Collect service for our best prices.

I have special dietary needs; can I eat a Doner Shack?

We are dedicated to ensuring your dietary needs are met. Kindly inform your server at the order point, or feel free to reach out to us on Instagram in advance with any questions. Is there Wi-Fi available at your location?

Yes, we have wifi at all locations.

Is your menu Halal?

All of our Doner, Chicken Shawarma and Fried Chicken products are halal certified. You can find a copy of our certificate here.

Please note some venues may sell alcohol and some non-halal food items. These products will be prepared and stored separately to avoid any cross-contamination.

What are the perks of joining the crew?

You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. Rack up points, redeem perks, and keep an eye out for exclusive deals and surprises.

How do I earn points?

Order directly in store, click & collect, or our own delivery, every £1 you spend = 1 point. No fuss, just flavour.

When do my points show up?

Points land in your account within 48 hours after your order.

Do I earn points on reward redemptions?

Nope. Points are only earned on what you pay for.

What happens if I get a refund?

If you’re refunded, the points you earned from that order will be removed.

Do delivery orders count?

Yep, as long as you order through our own delivery service and not a third party.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No cap, keep munching, keep stacking.

Do points expire?

Just use your account at least once every 6 months to keep your points active.

How do I redeem my points?

As soon as you hit 80 points or more. That’s a tasty £5 off your next order, ready when you are.

Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?

You bet! Stack those rewards and feast.

Can I use my rewards outside the UK?

Not yet, rewards only work for UK-based orders.
