What are the perks of joining the crew?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online. Rack up points, redeem perks, and keep an eye out for exclusive deals and surprises.
How do I earn points?
Order directly through our kiosk, Click & Collect, or own delivery—every $1 you spend = 1 point. No fuss, just flavour.
When do my points show up?
Points land in your account within 48 hours after your order.
Do I earn points on reward redemptions?
Nope. Points are only earned on what you pay for.
What happens if I get a refund?
If you’re refunded, the points you earned from that order will be removed.
Do delivery orders count?
Yep, as long as you order through our own delivery service and not a third party.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No cap, keep munching, keep stacking.
Do points expire?
Just use your account at least once every 6 months to keep your points active.
How do I redeem my points?
As soon as you hit 80 points or more. That’s a tasty $5 off your next order—ready when you are.
Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
You bet! Stack those rewards and feast.
Can I use my rewards outside the US?
Not yet—rewards only work for UK-based orders.
